About
Hi, I’m Pranshu Raj, a backend engineer and systems thinker.
I use this space to write about building scalable systems, working with real-time infrastructure, and making tools that help me (and hopefully others) think and work better.
Recently started contributing to open source, through Grafana Mimir and DBOS, it’s been fascinating to learn how products with large communities and high adoption work, and I’d like to keep working in those areas, to learn more about this aspect as well as tech and standards they adopt which would make me a better engineer.
I tinker with real-time systems, build tools to offload thinking, and chase the balance between speed, simplicity, and usefulness.
